Bathtub water drain stuck. Still stuck even after repairman tried fixing it. Rated four star hotel online but actually just three star.
It was conveniently located by 2 busy shopping areas/attractions.
It was not the 4 star hotel one would expect in the US. It was more of a 3-star as indicated on their hotel exterior. The room was quite small for a "4-star" as it barely fit 2 people comfortably.

Very clean! And courteous staff! Internet was super fast as well. The location was great-- close to the station and Myeongdong and other fun things.
A little tricky to find when we arrived, given we don't speak Korean. Once we arrived and familiarized ourselves with the area, it was fine. Bathroom door was glazed glass which was kind of uncomfortable-- would have preferred just a normal door.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my entire 3 day stay in Korea in phenomenal English. Breakfast was included and the cleaning lady folded my clothes and organized all my things in the room!!
The only thing stopping me from giving this hotel a perfect 10/10 is that it is not in the best location for night life.
A comfortable bed and good of the location.
Cleaning the room is irresponsible. Dirt on the bathtub used on the previous day was also just as it is on the next day. It's unclean that even the hair I have dropped is left in the next day's bathtub. Please clean.
Close to the city hall station, walking about 5 minutes. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The room was quiet ,clean and comfortable. The hotel also was close to Myeongdong, Namdaemun and Deoksugung.

sometimes I wish the air-conditioning unit would have worked a bit faster/harder, but I'm sure it was just my lack of understanding Korean to read the thermostat monitor
The room was clean and the location of the hotel is great. Especially there is a sauna (men-only) down in the basement and any hotel guests can use it for free.
When I was about to change the clothes in the room, a cleaning lady just unlocked the door and got in without ringing the bell. She said she knocked the door but she should have rung the bell. Be sure to lock the safety lock too.
